Free Bike Repairs

The Club

The Purdue Cycling Club consists of students and faculty who are passionate about cycling. Our activities include daily group rides for all ability levels, free repair sessions, social events, club trips, and races. To get in touch, join our Slack page or send us an email at pcc@purdue.edu.

What we do

Daily Group Rides - for all ability levels from first-timers to experienced racers. Various disciplines include road, gravel, CX, and MTB. For more info, see our rides page.

Bike Repair - our Mechanic Team is a subgroup that focuses on repairing and tuning bikes for our members and all Purdue students. For more info, see our Mechanic Team page.

Racing - our racing team is a subgroup of the club that travels all over the Midwest to represent Purdue in collegiate cycling races. Most of the members on this team have never raced before joining PCC! For more info, see our racing page.

Social Events - throughout the year, we host various events such as watch parties for cycling events or Purdue sports. We also go on team trips during school breaks.

How to Join

Firstly, join our Slack page. It’s open to students, faculty, alumni, and local residents. Whether you want to participate in our group rides or volunteer to learn to fix bikes for the community, joining us for up to 3 trials of each is free. After that, membership dues are $45 per academic year which allow you full access to what PCC has to offer! Membership dues can be found at our club’s storefront.

Also, be sure to join our general emailing list for periodic updates regarding what we have done this semester alongside other announcements. For alumni, you can also join our alumni specific emailing list to stay in tough.
