Get to know our Head Mechanic!

Who are you?

I am a sophomore majoring in Materials Science Engineering (MSE). I am from Yorktown, IN, which is about 2 hours east of Purdue. When I’m not cycling, I enjoy lifting, hanging out with family & friends, building LEGO’s, listening to podcasts, and messing with literally anything mechanical.

Why do you like bikes?

I like biking due to 3 things: the mechanical side (duh), the feeling I get after a ride (the endorphin rush), and the people that make up the biking community.

Dream Ride

My dream ride is to either ride down the west coast and/or ride through the Tennessee mountains!

Favorite bike

My favorite bike is my current bike, a Novara Strada!

Best ride snack

My best ride snack is simply either a granola bar or some fruit snacks.

Favorite PCC activity

My favorite PCC activities are the Weekly Fast Rides (Having fun riding with a group) and Weekly Repair Sessions (Get to help people alongside other mechanics).

Fun fact

I am also the Assistant Director of the Honors College Racing Crew (HCRC for short)!
