Get to know the PCC Safety Officer!

Who are you?

I'm a Junior majoring in Computer Engineering from Edina, MN. When I'm not riding I enjoy spending time hiking, coding, going on road trips, and being outdoors!

Why bikes?

I like cycling cause it's a way for me to socialize and meet new people while also spending time outside. I come from a family of cyclists; however, I didn't get serious until 5th grade when my friend convinced me to try out mountain bike racing. Ironically, she ended up quitting the sport and I've stuck with it ever since!

Favorite route

My favorite route at Purdue is Kerber. However, my favorite route of all time is up Mount Mitchell in Asheville, North Carolina.

Favorite bike

My favorite bike is my S-Works Epic Full Suspension.

Favorite PCC memory

I have so many amazing PCC memories! However, my favorite has to be going to Asheville, North Carolina for our spring break trip where we got to climb Mount Mitchell and explore the local MTB trails!

Fun fact?

I am a NICA certified Level 2 coach and I used to race Elite on the mountain bike back in high school.
